Linda Reid brings more than 35 years of experience in compensation and benefits, including 26 years with Western Compensation & Benefits Consultants (WCBC). She assists clients across a variety of industries, including law firms, to benchmark, design and implement employee compensation programs.

WCBC specializes in helping organizations determine how much and how to pay, motivate and retain employees. Its integrated total compensation services encompass strategic direction, benchmarking, program design, implementation and ongoing management.

Linda has worked with BCLMA since 2010, leading its support staff compensation, charge out rate, associate and administrative surveys. In this webinar, she will share practical guidance to help members confidently read, interpret and apply the BCLMA Compensation & Benefits survey results within their own firms.
